These terms apply to skystarpress.com, which is run by Sky Star Press, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Sky Star Press," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Education, not medical advice

Everything on this site is for general education. It's not medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, or financial advice, and it doesn't replace care from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Our evidence pages report what published research and official guidelines say. They don't tell any individual what to do.

Talk with your doctor before you start a new exercise, diet, sleep, or supplement routine, especially if you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant, or haven't been active in a while. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away. Using this site doesn't create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship.

2. Printables: free to print and share

You may print, copy, and share our printable PDFs (worksheets, journal pages, cards, and logs) for personal, family, classroom, and other non-commercial use, as long as you:

• keep the Sky Star Press name, logo, and page footer on each page;
• don't change the content and present it as ours; and
• don't sell the printables, include them in a product you sell, or post them as your own.

Want to use them another way, such as in a paid program or a published work? Ask us first.

3. Everything else on the site

Unless a page says otherwise, the text, evidence pages, design, and images on this site are © Sky Star Press, LLC. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Don't republish whole pages.

"Sky Star Press," the Compass Star logo, and "Living Toolkit" are trademarks of Sky Star Press, LLC.

4. Accuracy, updates, and corrections

We check every claim against its source before we publish, and we review each Living Toolkit at least once a year. Research changes, though, and mistakes can happen. When we confirm an error, we post a dated correction within 30 days.

We can't promise that every page is complete, current, or error-free at all times. If you spot a problem, please tell us (see Contact).

5. Links to other websites

We link to journals, government sites, and other sources so you can check our work, and to Amazon for our books. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sky Star Press, LLC and its team aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury or loss, arising from your use of the site or from acting on its content. You use the information at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new "Last updated" date and applies from that date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
